Ok let’s come up to current time Both of us are retired AND getting up there in age, having health problems’ sharing home remedies yada yada yada. anyway, I consider Bill a Good friend. He has been helping me with a patent. He is still good sighted, mine is not so good. so, I want to thank Bill Craven for this contribution to my goals and objectives. I’m guessing he has similar objectives otherwise he would not spend the time he has been helping me so far. So, give credit where credit is due, I had this problem, that I would send out a message via email, however, some said it would play the video and others said nope, it did not play a video. I saw the email but when I clicked on the link it did work! So Now what? Where is the problem? What do I do? I said , bill I think this might be a codec problem So why is it that your desk top windows computer can play the video? But not your I-phone cell phone? So, I send out a mp4 file Can your iPhone play mp4? Bill says I don’t know for sure~ So, I said OK, go to here and tell me which one works and which one does not work? www.machinepress,com Look on left column for MPEG4. Click on it. You will see many videos all recorded in different file size and in different CODEC's Some will play on your device and some will not! This will help you decide what works on your cell phone and what does not. Bill went there and he tells me that Walter-bs I thank John Gutmann who saw this problem years ago and prepared these files to help isolate the problem. He is one of those TECKY guys who enjoy this problem solution sort of helpful website info. I am glad to know him!
